Exhibitor Information
The Show
- We are expecting more than 500 wine, beer and food enthusiasts from Eastern Ontario;
- A port tasting workshop will be offered by one of Groovey Grapes expert sommeliers;
- Music and entertainment will take place during the event;
- Approximately 40 exhibitors will be invited to participate; space is limited, reserve today!
Afternoon Trade Show
Restaurant representatives from Eastern Ontario will be invited to attend a trade show in the afternoon, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., to sample wines from all our wine exhibitors. This is your opportunity to market and sell your products locally.
The Marketing
A 5-week advertising campaign is being prepared, including:
- a Program listing all the participating exhibitors given out at the entrance to all participants;
- your logo on our website
- Press Release sent out to local media;
- Articles and Advertising published in the local media;
- Advertising posted in local restaurants and other strategic venues
- An email campaign

- Ice
- Show Program Listing
- Tasting Glasses
- Spit buckets
- Kitchen Facilities
- Volunteers to help with the set-up and other tasks
